RESPONSE AS TO DIANE DELANEY: I prepared outlines of the regulatory requirements for the permit application and circulated these to the individuals within the company who participated in preparation of the permit, and to the consultants who were employed in preparation of the permit application. I assisted in preparation of the permit application document by drafting sections of the narrative, and with formatting and indexing the various sections of the permit application. I reviewed and commented on various of the reports prepared by consultants with respect to whether these reports seemed responsive to the information required by the regulations for permit applications . I assisted with compiling and assembling the permit document for delivery to the applicable regulatory agencies for review. I communicated with various agencies as to their comments on the permit application, and I communicated with the Mined Land Reclamation Division as to the determination of completeness .
