State and explain each and every <br /> position, job, or office you have held in the past with Mid- <br /> Continent Resources, Inc . since the corporation' s inception. <br /> Include all the information requested in Interrogatory number 6 as <br /> it pertains to past positions, jobs, and offices . <br /> OBJECTION: See objection to Interrogatory 6 (d) and (e) . <br /> RESPONSE AS TO JOHN REEVES: Beginning in 1957 I accepted a <br /> position with Mid Continent Coal an Coke Company as Manager of <br /> Mines . In 1956 the coal property at Coal Basin was opened by the <br /> installation of a haul road from Redstone to the outcrop at the <br /> Dutch Creek Mine . I was in charge of coal operations, essentially <br /> my job was to get the mine into production and to make the property <br /> a viable concern. I reported to the president of the company, Mr. <br /> L. S . Wood. <br /> In about 1958 or 1959 I was assigned the title of Vice <br /> President of Mid Continent Coal and Coke . There were no changes in <br /> my duties, just a change in title . <br /> In about 1966 my title was changed to Vice President of Western <br /> Operations of Mid Continent Coal and Coke Co. There were no changes <br /> in my duties in the mine with the exception that I became more <br /> involved with sales activities . <br /> If my memory serves me correctly, about 1973 the company was <br /> split into two companies, Mid-Continent Coal and Coke Company and <br /> Mid Continent Resources with Resources being the parent of the two <br /> companies . The name of the company for the operations at the mine <br /> was changed to Mid-Continent Resources . I was executive vice <br /> president of Mid Continent Resources . <br /> In about 1975, Mid Continent Minerals, Inc . was established as <br /> a holding company, and subsidiary companies were formed, that is, <br /> Mid Continent Coal and Coke Company, Mid-Continent Resources, <br /> Redstone Corporation, and later, Carbondale Mine Services . was <br /> named president of Mid Continent Resources and Carbondale Mine <br /> Services, and was also named vice president of the subsidiary <br /> corporations . There were no changes in my duties, namely, = was <br /> still in charge of coal operations pertaining to Resources . <br /> RESPONSE AS TO ROBERT DELANEY: Counsel, General Counsel, Vice <br /> President, Executive Vice President, Secretary, and member of 3oard <br /> of Directors . <br /> Duties : Writing corporate minutes, advising on legal matters, <br /> representing the corporation in various court and agency matters , <br /> representing the corporation in labor matters, insurance matters, <br /> employment, direction and supervision of lawyers hired to handle <br /> matters for the company, participating in management on real estate <br /> - 12 - <br />
