Some of the pages of the May 1991 <br /> Minutes had June 1991 on them. <br /> This letter is to verify and confirm that I, having been Board <br /> Secretary at the time, reviewed the document in question and <br /> determined that the May Minutes actually reflect the Board' s <br /> proceedings for its May 1991 Meeting, rather than June 1991, the <br /> date stated on some of the pages from the May 1991 Minutes.
