Reeves, et al. <br /> Dear Robbin: <br /> It has come to my attention that you did not receive the <br /> minutes of the Mined Land Reclamation Board of May 22-23 , 1991 . <br /> Please find enclosed a copy of these minutes and a letter of <br /> explanation concerning a discrepancy in the dates noted thereon. <br /> I have received your fax of December 7, 1994, concerning <br /> your Open Records Act request . You state in that fax that your <br /> request included minutes of the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br /> However, your records request was addressed to the Division of <br /> Minerals and Geology and pertained to specific items concerning <br /> the Division and not the Board. In any event, Board minutes and <br /> tape-recordings of Board' s hearings are available at the Division <br /> of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, <br /> CO 80203 . <br /> Please contact me if you still wish to see any Board minutes <br /> or tapes and if so, which ones .
