Therefore, the <br /> Plaintiff asks that the defendants provide the requested <br /> information as it relates to Resources and Minerals. <br /> Interrogatories 27 and 28: Common employees and independent <br /> contractors between Minerals and Resources are relevant to issues <br /> in this case, specifically Minerals' status as an agent of <br /> Resources. The interrogatory is reasonably calculated to lead to <br /> the discovery of admissible evidence. Accordingly, the Plaintiff <br /> requests that the defendants furnish this information as it <br /> relates to Minerals and Resources. <br /> Interrogatories 29 and 30: These interrogatories request <br /> information which is directly relevant to the defendants' status <br /> as agents of Resources. The information is reasonably calculated <br /> to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence. Therefore, the <br /> defendants must provide the information. However, in an effort <br /> to resolve this matter, the Plaintiff will now limit the request <br /> to the time period from January 1988 to present. <br /> Interrogatory 32 : The defendants object to this <br /> interrogatory on the ground that it is overly burdensome. In an <br /> effort to resolve this matter, the Plaintiff will limit its <br /> request to meetings, consultations, or other communication in <br /> which the defendants were in attendance or involved in regarding <br /> the rockdust plant since January 1988. <br /> Interrogatory 33 : In response to the defendants' objection, <br /> the Plaintiff requests that the defendants provide the requested <br /> information as it pertains to Minerals and Resources since <br /> January 1988 . <br /> Interrogatories 34 , 35 and 37: The information requested <br /> especially as it pertains to Resources and Minerals is relevant <br /> to issues pending in this case, and the interrogatories are <br /> reasonably calculated to lead to admissible evidence. Therefore, <br /> the Plaintiff requests that the defendants provide the <br /> information as it relates to Resources and Minerals. <br /> Interrogatory 39: The extension of credit or a guarantee of <br /> an extension of credit from any of the defendants to Resources is <br /> relevant to issues in this case, particularly establishing the <br /> relationship between the defendants and Resources. This <br /> information is reasonably calculated to lead to admissible <br /> evidence.
