Louis M. LaGiglia
Page 2
mention in your letter that you have obtained a copy of this
schedule.
The Division' s goal in this matter is to get the site
properly reclaimed as quickly and efficiently as possible,
subject to available funding. To facilitate this goal, the
Division is willing to discuss the reclamation schedule with you.
Pursuant to your request, please find enclosed a copy of the
reclamation cost summary form put together by the Division. This
summary is the basis for the Division' s cost estimate set forth
in the reclamation schedule. The schedule and the summary do not
include unexpected site conditions or occurrences which may cause
a change in reclamation tasks, maintenance and/or costs.
Also find enclosed a copy of a letter faxed to Joel
Cantrick, the attorney in the personal liability suit against the
agents of Resources, which again conveys the Division' s desire to
proceed with reclamation of the site as quickly as possible.
Please call me with any response or comments you have on this
matter.
Silcerely
CHERY A.
