I believe the closing <br /> date was February 3 , 1995 . The Division has not yet received <br /> funds from this sale . <br /> As we discussed on Wednesday, you agree that the confirmed <br /> liquidation plan mandates that trustee Louis LaGiglia distribute <br /> funds obtained from sales of estate property. That is, that he <br /> has no authority to withhold distribution of funds except under <br /> the limited circumstances provided under section 6 . 3 . 6 of the <br /> plan, which circumstances are not applicable to the Carbondale <br /> Industrial Park sale . <br /> Given the foregoing, the Division needs to know when it will <br /> receive funds from the sale of the Carbondale Industrial Park. <br /> The Division would like an answer on this issue as soon as <br /> possible .
