Mike Boulay -46- October 16, 2012
MCM: It was never determined, conclusively, what the feature in question is. On Figure
4.1 -2 in the legend it is called out as man -made, landslide, and unknown. Since
a surface facilities expansion near the feature is no longer proposed, further
investigation is no longer warranted. The surface facilities will revert back to TR-
16 approved configuration as shown and discussed in the permit document.
Sincerely,
edovinAtzt.44.60-
Tamme Bishop, P.E.
Project Engineer
Enclosures:
Volume I:
Volume II:
Volume III:
Table of Contents and sections 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, Tables 2.1 -3, 4.2ii,
4.2iii, 4.2 -7
Table of Contents and Appendices A (Identification of Interests), E (Well
Permits) and List of Appendix E Permits, J (Cultural Resources for Lease
Modification Area), L (NRCS Letter) M (Page M -111, Drill Pad
Sedimentation Control), P (Biological Opinion), T (Figure 1), & U (Pond
Lining Quality Assurance Plan)
Table of Contents and Figures 1.1 -1, 1.1 -2, 1.1 -3a, 1.1 -3d, 2.1 -1, 2.1 -5,
2.1 -6, 2.1 -7, 2.1 -8, 2.1 -9, 2.1 -3, 2.2 -1, 2.2 -5, 2.5 -1, 2.5 -3, 2.5 -7, 3.1 -3b
4.1 -1, 4.1 -2, 4.1 -2a , 4.2 -2, 4.4 -2 (no changes, keep Figure submitted
10/10)
Cc: BLM Local Office
DRMS Grand Junction, Denver and Durango offices
Mesa County Clerk and Recorders Office
