Jared,
have reviewed the MR -72 application, per your request. The letter from NWCC, proposed for insertion into
Attachment 20 -E of Tab 20, summarizes the site conditions and outlines recommendations for future repair work
to be conducted by SCC. A key part of the future repair work is that locations of the trench drains be determined
in the field by a representative of NWCC.
recommend that the Division issue a decision to approve MR -72.
