Also , CAT Construction feels <br /> there is a discrepancy in the amount of Type A Channel Construction <br /> paid ( Item 3 ) and Backhoe time paid ( Item 7 ) . <br /> CAT Construction feels that rip-rap was not available on-site as <br /> indicated in the bid specifications , resulting in extra work. In <br /> general , the lack of on-site visits and coordination of work by <br /> Mined Land Reclamation representatives was the cause for some of <br /> their hours being disputed/rejected , which they are in <br /> disagreement . On the other hand , they feel Paul Krabacher signed <br /> all daily time sheets accepting the hours worked . <br /> As general contractor for this project , we feel it is our <br /> responsibility on behalf of CAT Construction, to request a meeting <br /> to discuss and hopefully work out this dispute .
