NOTICE <br /> Coal Fires/D&H Coal Mine Project <br /> Advertisement for Bids <br /> The State of Colorado, Mined Land Reclamation Division is seeking bids for a <br /> project to repair the surface seal on a coal mine fire at an inactive mine <br /> site located in Garfield County seven miles from Rifle. The work shall <br /> consist of earthmoving including vent seal ing, moving and placing material on <br /> a surface seal and constructing a berm, fencing the fire area and revege tating <br /> disturbed areas.
