Section 2.06.6 is being submitted without two components: NRCS certification of the proposed <br />plans, and NRCS determination of the prime farmland productivity standard (IC reference area). <br />These items will be included in the permit once provided by NRCS, which is expected to happen <br />during the DRMS review process. <br />The prime farmland re- evaluation has had a cascade effect on other portions of the permit, and <br />they have been changed accordingly. This includes a new topsoil redistribution plan in Section <br />2.05.4(2)(d) for the Morgan Property, updates to the revegetation plan in Section 2.05.4(2)(e), as <br />well as the revisions to Section 2.04.9 reflecting the changes in soil types on the Morgan <br />Property. Section 2.04.10 has also been updated with the addition of the Irrigated Cropland <br />reference area. Section 2.05.4(2)(c) has been updated to reflect the revised Morgan Property post <br />mine topography due to the change in topsoil redistribution. Each of the updated sections has <br />been reviewed for clarity, and as necessary, changes have been made to parts of these sections <br />unrelated to prime farmland. No substantive changes have been made to the reclamation plans <br />for any area outside of the Morgan Property. <br />Due to the number of changes and the scope of this revision, WFC is submitting the entire <br />sections, attachments, and maps that have been created or changed.
