Enclosed with the report is a check for $791.00, to cover the annual
fees from October 15, 2011 through October 15, 2012.
After reviewing the requirements outlined in question 2, rule 3.1.12(2) it was determined
that some additional work is required to fully define the boundary requirements as
outlined in that rule. Therefore, in the coming weeks Holcim survey personnel will
address this requirement to ensure compliance with the division standards.
Last years reclamation activities included removing the product weight scale, office trailor,
and some associated dimension stone product. The 0.05 acres outlined in the report
includes this work.
This year, Holcim will conduct stabilization work around the topsoil stockpile that will
include grading and seeding of the stockpile to prevent erosion.
Should you have any questions or need any additional information please feel free to
contact me at (719) 784 -1209.
