While this material is <br /> prelaw it is the operator's responsibility to see that the diversion is adequately <br /> maintained and protected. As there is no state enforcement action addressing this <br /> slumpage and none was issued Ten Day Notice 93-020-190-05 4 of 4 was issued. <br /> As a result of the citizen's complaint four Ten Day Notices have been issued to <br /> the State of Colorado. Conditions at the site were such that no Imminent <br /> Cessation Orders would be issued at this time, however, as noted above a Federal <br /> Notice of Violation will be issued. <br /> t <br />
