BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br /> STATE OF COLORADO <br /> File No. C-81-017 <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> ORDER CONTINUING CONSIDERATION OF PERMIT REVOCATION AND EXTENDING THE DATE FOR <br /> COMMENCEMENT OF RECLAMATION <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> IN THE MATTER OF MID-CONTINENT RESOURCES, INC. <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> This matter comes before the Mined Land Reclamation Board ("Board") for a <br /> hearing on whether to revoke Permit No. C-81-017 ("the permit") issued to <br /> Mid-Continent Resources , Inc. ("MCR") . The Board scheduled this matter for <br /> such a hearing persuant to its Order issued on May 22, 1991 ("the May order") <br /> and settlement agreement entered into by MCR and the Mined Land Reclamation <br /> Division ("the Division") . Upon the request of MCR and the Division, the <br /> Board hereby continues this hearing to the July 22-23, 1992 Board meeting. In <br /> order to facilitate the transfer of the permit to Crystal Springs Coal <br /> Company, Inc . , the Board enters the following order: <br /> 1 . The date for commencement of reclamation shall be moved from <br /> June 1 , 1992 to August 3, 1992 . <br /> 2.
