("MCR") a series of Cessation Orders ("COs"). These COs <br /> include: <br /> 1. CO C-93-140 issued by DMG to MCR on October 8, 1993 for failure to abate <br /> NOV C-93-094, which required the construction and maintenance of certain <br /> sediment ponds located at the Coal Basin Mine site according to requirements <br /> in Permit No. C-81-017. <br /> 2. CO C-93-144 issued by DMG to MCR on November 2, 1993 for failure to <br /> abate NOV C-93-109, which required contemporaneous reclamation of the <br /> Coal Basin Mine site. <br /> 3. CO C-93-145 issued by DMG to MCR on November 2, 1993 for failure to <br /> abate NOV C-93-108, which required certain information regarding the <br /> ownership and control of the Coal Basin Mine site. <br />
