Thompson: <br /> On June 12 we were able to gain access to the No. 5 mine. <br /> In the normal inspection of the culverts , ditches and berms , <br /> it was noted that the large 7 ' culvert that carries Coal Creek <br /> had washed out. The specifications for this culvert can be <br /> found in Vol. 3, App. 7 , Att. 2 , Page 24 and on the map for <br /> "G" road. This culvert is at station 175+00 or G-27 location. <br /> We propose to install a 40 ' section of 12 ' culvert that we do <br /> have on hand. The actual installation will have to wait till <br /> low water in Coal Creek (approximately 60 to 90 days) .
