Pipe Diversion System
Dear Mr. Stevens:
Your letter of March 29, 1989, indicated that the Division
requires of Mid-Continent a commitment that, prior to com-
pletion of the additional Pond D, in the fall of 1989 , during
precipitation events the present series of ponds will not
be cleaned and connections between the ponds will be open.
Mid-Continent agrees to this requirement.
As indicated in our submission, we do not feel the ponds
could be cleaned during precipitation events in any case, as
the access road would not be passable to haul trucks. During
inclement weather, valves will be opened to allow for adequate
capacity, and will remain open until such time as the weather
clears and cleaning can resume.
Yours truly,
MID-CONTINENT RESOURCES, INC.
 &-k
Diane Delaney
DD:cc
pc: Scott Jones
LeRon Thompson
