Small Area Exemptions <br />TR -20 10/91 <br />SMALL AREA EXEMPTION(S) <br />Sediment Control Measures <br />(Note: Cross -hatch pattern on diagrams indicates areas in which <br />sediment control measures have been taken) <br />- No. 1 Mine Substation. <br />Areas of bare ground have been vegetated. <br />- S.W. End - No. 3 Mine Pad <br />Areas of bare ground have been vegetated. <br />- Outslope - Rock Tunnel Pad <br />Area has been re- vegetated and straw bale check dam <br />placed along lower end. <br />- S.E. end of berm behind bathhouse <br />Areas has been vegetated and straw bale check dam placed <br />along the lower end. <br />- South Portal <br />Rock outcrop produces no sediment. <br />- 016 Topsoil Pile <br />Undisturbed, well vegetated area surrounds all but the <br />west side of the pile. The pile itself is well <br />vegetated.
