} <br /> t <br /> 2. Upon thorough review of the recommendation, the Director made the- <br /> findings attached herein as Exhibits 1 through 29. The findings are <br /> specifically endorsed and agreed to as settlement of the subject enforcement <br /> cases. These findings are summarized in the attached Exhibit 30. <br /> 3. Mid-Continent withdraws its appeals contesting the alleged facts of <br /> these violations and the assessed civil penalties in the subject and above <br /> described enforcement cases, and for the purpose of settling all issues in <br /> these enforcement cases, does not herein contest and accepts the findings set <br /> forth in Exhibits 1 through 29. <br /> 4. In accordance with Rule 5.04.4 the Division will remit to <br /> Mid-Continent the difference between the amount held in escrow and the final <br /> civil penalty plus interest at the prevailing rate in the escrow account. <br /> 5.
