This matter was brought before the Board in March 1985 and the <br /> Board approved the settlement. Although both parties signed the settlement, <br /> we do not have the signature of the Chairperson of the Board. It was supposed <br /> to be signed by the Chairperson, but apparently the document was misplaced <br /> during the administrative paper shuffle. Will you please sign it. <br /> Also, I should note that this is a separate matter from the issue concerning <br /> Mid-Continent to be brought to the Board in September.
