L.G. Everist, Inc.
Fort Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, M- 1999 -120
Adequacy Response -lb
Data Collection and Submittal to the Division
Wells that are around the perimeter of the operation and /or close to
neighbors will have data collected on a monthly basis. These external
wells will be watched closer for compliance to stay within baseline
ranges, as changes at these wells could affect neighbors.
Wells that are internal to the operation, or enclosed within slurry
walls, may have data collection every other month (rather than
monthly), because if any trigger points are hit, only the operator
will be affected.
The operator will give the Division a groundwater monitoring well data
summary, including groundwater level data, trigger points,
investigations, and any needed mitigation analysis /plans in the Fort
Lupton Sand and Gravel mine's annual report. The operator will also
contact the Division with this information when a trigger point is
reached and there seems to be a trend.
FL- DRMS - GroundwaterAnalysis- Oct2012.doc
October 2012
