Annual Report
Attached please find the 2012 annual report and map for the Portland Plant Limestone
Quarry and Operation. Enclosed with the report is a check for $791.00, to cover the
annual fees from October 10, 2011 through October 10, 2012.
After reviewing the requirements outlined in question 2, rule 3.1.12(2) it was determined
that some additional work is required to fully define the boundary requirements as
outlined in that rule. Therefore, in the coming weeks Portland survey personnel will
address this requirement to ensure compliance with the division standards.
