Specifically you requested: <br />1) Detailed map of the area to be repaired along the north side of the lake. <br />Attached. <br />2) Location and approximate quantity of all inert material that is in place on site <br />at present. <br />Approximately 15,000 cubic yards used to fill encroachment area along the <br />north wall, on the west side of the property. <br />North East Corner Stockpile — approx. 1,000 cubic yards of material <br />containing asphalt fragments. <br />South East corner repair - Approx 200 cubic yards of clean inert material used <br />to fix a slide and to build up the burm. <br />3) A statement that no asphalt material was ever placed below water line during <br />the repair work and a commitment that no asphalt material will be placed <br />below water line. <br />No asphalt material was placed below water line during the repair, and no <br />asphalt material will be placed below water line. <br />The division is in receipt of my signed affidavit attesting to these facts.
