Rule 2: Permits <br />survey, the person may send a letter to both Lorencito and the Division stating the specific areas <br />of disagreement. If you renovate or add an addition to your residence or other structure after a <br />pre-blast survey, then you are entitled to ask that Lorencito conduct or have another company <br />conduct a subsequent blast survey in accordance with Division regulations.
