The Mineral Joe Mine is located in <br />Sections 21 and 22, T46N, R17W, N.M.P.M., in Montrose County, Colorado. The <br />Mineral Joe Mine consists of portions of the Mineral Joe 2, 12, 14, 17, 18, and 19 claims. <br />The Mineral Joe Mine is currently permitted as a 110d operation. The purpose of the <br />amendment is to incorporate an Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) into the existing <br />mining permit, and to request a release of some previously affected acreage in the permit. <br />Cotter Corporation is providing a copy of the EPP for the Mineral Joe Mine to the <br />Montrose County Clerk and Recorder's office at the Montrose County Annex in Nucla <br />for review.
