Reguirine an Individual CDPS Permit <br />• <br />The Director may require any owner or operator covered under this permit [o apply for and obtain an individual CDPS <br />permit if: <br />a. The discharger is not in compliance with the conditions of this General Permit; or, <br />b. Conditions or standazds have changed so that the dischazge qo longer qualifies far a General Permit; or, <br />c. Data becomes available which indicates wazer quality standards may be violated. <br />The owner or operator mus[ be notified in writing that an application for an individual CDPS permit is required. when <br />an individual CDPS permit is issued to an owner or operator otherwise covered under this General Permi[, the <br />applicability of the General Permit [o that owner or operator is automatically terminated upon the effective date of the <br />individual CDPS permit. <br />19. Requesting an Individual CDPS Permit <br />Any owner or operator covered by this General Permit may request to be excluded from the coverage by applying for an <br />individual CDPS permit. <br />20. Reguestine Coveraee Under the General Permit <br />The owner or operazor of a facility excluded from coverage by this General Permit solely because thaz facility already <br />has an individual permit may request tha[ the individual permit be revoked and that the facility be covered by this • <br />General Permit. Such request shall be evalttazed by the Division per criterion specified in Part I of this permit. <br />u <br />
