Segment 4 is classfied for the following uses: Use <br />Protected; Recreation, Class 1; Aquatic Life, Class I (cold); Water Supply; Agriculture. The Division reviewed this facility <br />on May 14, 1997, and determined that the amidegradation presumption was overcome because discharge does not occur <br />during low flow periods and the receiving water is use protected. <br />The activity involves discharge of surface runoff only from a post - mining area.
