The temporary cessation is expected to last more <br />than 90 days. The following information is required by rule 430.1(2) if the <br />temporary cessation extends beyond ninety days: <br />a. The exact number acres disturbed to date are 221.4 <br />acres. Two seams have been mined since start -up in <br />2011. The Blue seam was mined at an approximate <br />elevation of 7300 feet, the Allen seam at <br />approximately 7000 feet. No subsidence is expected <br />as extraction was limited to less than SO- '* <br />b. No additional reclamation is planned to occur <br />during the cessation period. <br />c. All facilities and monitoring will be maintained in <br />accordance with permit requirements.
