Attached please find a check in the amount of $791.00 for the Limestone Boettcher Quarry to
cover the annual fee for the period from October 10, 2011 to October 10, 2012.
The Limestone Boettcher has been in a status of final reclamation. Final reclamation has been
completed and is pending release due to some water issues. Activities on the site have been as
follows:
1. Weed control in coordination with Larimer County Weed Department (Weed Control is in
progress per attached proposal. Will forward final report once completed).
2. Monitoring and sampling water wells on the property.
3. Monthly Inspections and monitoring the reclamation.
In addition, Holcim is working with the State Engineers office regarding some ponding and
surface water issues at the site. Holcim will be submitting an application for a well permit as well
as an Augmentation Plan.
