Location - The preparation plant area. Specifically, the <br /> reclaimed portion of the coal processing waste embankment near <br /> the conveyor crossing of Dutch Creek and the area topsoiled <br /> during the fall of 1983. <br /> D. NOV C-84-092 <br /> 1 . Failure to maintain and construct haul roads with proper <br /> materials. Specifically, utilizing material containing coal <br /> for road base. <br /> 2. Location - The Mines 1 and 2 haul road system. Specifically, that <br /> portion of the haul road between the Mine No. 2 bin pad and the <br /> Mine No. 1 bin. <br /> E. NOV C-84-101 <br /> 1 . Failure to protect off-site areas from damage due to <br /> underground mining activities. Specifically, pushing snow <br /> mixed with coal and/or coal waste over the north edge of the <br /> Mine No. 3 bench. <br /> 2. Location - The north outslope of Mine No. 3 and undisturbed <br /> area below the outslope. <br />
