Redefine the ditch leading from the outlet of the culvert over Bear <br /> Creek to Sediment Pond 3 at discharge point 001. <br /> Ca Construct a containment structure around the fuel storage and pumping <br /> area directly northwest of the thermal dryer. <br /> Construct a drainage control berm from the warehouse pond (010) to the <br /> environmental shed and ensure that all disturbed drainage flows into the <br /> pond as designed. <br /> L) Remove all of the snow and waste piled near Sediment Pond 010. <br /> °1 V a � Remove the tree felled across the emergency spillway of the bus garage <br /> pond plus remove the material pushed into the emergency spillway. <br /> Redefine the drainage ditch along the road to the Mine No. 2 coal <br /> stockpile to insure that all drainage enters the upper end of the bus <br /> garage pond. <br /> The embanklent of the bathhouse pond must be built-up and the emergency <br /> spillway must be dug out to bring this pond into compliance with the <br /> approved designs. <br /> �) Construct a spill containment structure around the fueling area on the <br /> northwest corner of the savage shop and repair leaks in the fueling <br /> system. <br /> The drainage ditch below the Mine No. 1 coal stockpile must be cleaned <br /> of sediment, the breach in the ditch must be repaired, and all coal <br /> along the edge of the ditch adjacent to the undisturbed area must be <br /> cleaned-up to avoid pushing this material into the undisturbed area <br /> 1 during future maintenance. <br /> Construct a containment structure around the SW gas tank near Coal Creek. <br /> nConstruct a diversion ditch above the Mine No. 1 coal stockpile area. <br /> M)Revise the permit application to include a contingency plan for treating <br /> runoff to remove suspended solids. This plan must include a metering <br /> system for the addition of any chemical additives. <br />
