Concerning NOV C-88-022 I have sized a 100yr/24hr ditch for
the site. We are in the process of obtaining equipment to
construct this ditch. In order to keep up with placement of
the refuse until the conveyor extension can be built, we
have put two D-8's on the pile. The details of this plan
will be submitted under separate cover as required for
abatement of the NOV.
