Hernandez, Alysha
From: Binns, Janet
Sent: Friday, October 05, 2012 8:12 AM
To: DRMS - Coal -Admin
Subject: Southfield c1981014 MR57
Please scan as
Southfield Mine C1981014
MR57
Landowner comments
From: W D Corley, Jr. [ mailto:ajjc()att.net ]
Sent: Friday, October 05, 2012 6:48 AM
To: Binns, Janet; Energy Fuels
Subject: Minor revision 57
Janet and George,
With regard to the minor revision 57 application, in addition to mapping the location of the stored oil and grease
I would like to have the location of the oil spills mapped. I was wrong in my previous email about the last rain
washing away the oil contaminated soil. As of Oct. 4, 2012, after the soil had dried it was obvious that the oil
spills were still present in the same locations: one, south side of the storage shed, two, under the John Deere on
the loadout tunnel apron, and three, under the grader on CR92.
The depression southeast of the loadout tunnel has almost completely filled with sediment, correcting this
problem.
WD Corley, Jr.
