The area <br /> is on the upper west end of the pile. Topsoiling, seeding and mulching of the <br /> area was performed in accordant-c tfith the reclamation plan. It is too early <br /> for vegetation establishment to have taken place, however the Division will be <br /> inspecting the area periodically for stability and vegetation. <br /> Since the reclamation was prop(_,, '�y performed, there is no violation of the <br /> Colorado Regulations or of the z,,pproved permit.
