In attendance at that conference in <br /> adaition to you and me were Lew Thompson, representing Mid-Continent <br /> Resources, Inc. and Bill Crick and Mike Savage representing the Division. If <br /> you agree with the settlement agreements, please sign and return them to our <br /> office as instructed on the form. If you disagree do not sign the forms.
