I � <br /> BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br /> STATE OF COLORADO <br /> File No. C-81-017 <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> ORDER <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> IN THE MATTER OF MID-CONTINENT RESOURCES, INC. <br /> ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY PERMIT SHOULD NOT BE <br /> SUSPENDED OR REVOKED <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This matter comes before the Mined Land Reclamation Board <br /> ( "Board" ) for a hearing upon an Order To Show Cause Why Permit <br /> Should Not Be Suspended or Revoked issued by the Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Division ( "Division" ) . Mid-Continent Resources , Inc. <br /> ( "MCR" ) and the Division have entered into a Settlement Agree- <br /> menc, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A and incorporated <br /> herein by reference, that satisfactorily addresses the issues <br /> raised in this case. MCR and the Division have requested that <br /> this Board enter an order approving of the terms of the Settle- <br /> ment Agreement . <br /> Upon the testimony presented to the Board, and the stipu- <br /> lations and recitals contained in the Settlement Agreement, the <br /> Board hereby approves of the terms of the Settlement Agreement <br /> and orders MCR to comply with its terms. <br /> If MCR fails to comply with the terms of this order and <br /> incorporated agreement, any party to this hearing may petition <br /> the Board for a hearing on such failure to comply. <br /> DATED this 2 2- day of May 1991. <br /> CHRIS JOUFT.
