The operator will need to be notified to modify <br /> the 10-year designs to 100-year. <br /> C-045-81 - Newlin Creek <br /> The refuse pile is being used to backfill the lower highwall area. If any <br /> refuse is left at the approved site, 100-year design will need to be addressed <br /> for drainage during the permit renewal period. <br /> C-81 -014 - Southfield <br /> The refuse pile drainage is designed for the 10-year event. Redesign will be <br /> needed for the 100-year event. <br /> C-00-000 - Munger Canyon <br /> The designs need to be modified to allow for passing of the 100-year, 24-hour <br /> event. They are currently designed for both 2 and 10-year events. The site <br /> has not been constructed to date. <br /> C-81-047 - Orchard Valley <br /> The interim phase does not allow for 100-year design for the ditches. The <br /> permanent design does. The operator needs to demonstrate that the <br /> on-the-ground interim ditches will pass the 100-year event. <br /> C-81-047 - Blue Ribbon <br /> The collection ditch has been designed for a 10-year event.
