A mortgage on this property, <br /> know, has been offered by Mid-Continent to secure the reclamation <br /> bond of $1, 970 ,148 for the Coal Basin mining operation. In <br /> addition, we have asked your Division to allow us to raise our <br /> committment of this property to $1 , 977 ,148 to also secure the <br /> $7 ,000 reclamation bonding requirement for our new limestone <br /> quarry. <br /> We hope this will dispel any concerns your Division may have as <br /> to the current value of the Industrial Park and will resulttin <br /> the approval of our Coal Basin bond offer.
