THIS DEED OF TRUST, made this day of June, 1984 between
MID-CONTINENT RESOURCES , INC.

County of Garfield and State of Colorado , and the Public Trustee
of the said Garfield County in which the property described below
is situated in the State of Colorado.
W I T N E S S E T H:
Grantor, to secure its financial warranty (pursuant to
34-32-117 C.R.S. ) bearing even date herewith, or hereafter
issued, for the principal sum of
SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND
dollars ($680 , 000 . 00) payable to the order of the State of
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, the beneficiary
herein, whose address is Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman
Street, Denver, Colorado, and to secure additional financial
warranties hereafter executed by grantor to said Public
Trustee for the use and benefit of said beneficiary, does
hereby grant and convey unto said Public Trustee the following
described property, situate in Carbondale, County of Garfield,
