MID-CONTINENT RESOURCES. INC.
201 Centennial St.Suite 406
Drawer No. 122
Glenwood Springs. Colorado 81601
(303)945-4958
March 22 , 1983
Jim Herron
Mined Land Reclamation Division
423 Centennial Building
1313 Sherman Street
Denver, CO 80203
Dear Jim:
Enclosed are signed copies of the documents pertaining to
the reclamation bonds for the Coal Canyon mining operation
and the Limestone Quarry operation.
As Mr. Delaney and I understand the procedure, as soon as we
receive copies signed by MLRB we will have them recorded by
the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder. Once that is
accomplished we will then have the title company revise the
Committment for Title Insurance from the current amount of
$831,500 to $1, 977 ,148 which will cover both bond amounts.
Please coordinate this with Jim McArdle and whoever else has
an interest, get them signed and mail a set of siqned copies
to me. I 'm pushing this time-wise so as to get the limestone
quarry permit prior to our April 15 startup date. Call me if
you have any questions .
Sincerely,
4ege E. Wear
Director, Special Projects
GEW:rm
Enclosures
