I believe all steps have been taken and that <br /> this bonding procedure has been approved. <br /> Under these circumstances, we are requesting that the <br /> property previously used as surety be released from the mortgage <br /> to MLRB. <br /> As you may have observed from the files, we pledged the <br /> Carbondale Industrial Park tract by Mortgage with successive <br /> amendments. <br /> As additional security, we provided a Deed of Trust on <br /> a separate tract for $672, 350 dated July 10, 1984. <br /> I have prepared and enclose herewith a Release of the <br /> Mortgage and amendments to the Mortgage on the Carbondale <br /> Industrial Park which we would sincerely appreciate your having <br /> signed and returned. <br /> As to the Deed of Trust, which involves a release <br /> through the Public Trustee, I enclose a form of release which I <br />
