BANTA, Director + �� <br /> November 8, 1989 <br /> Mr. Geora_e Wear <br /> Planning Consultant <br /> Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. <br /> 201 Centennial Street, Suite 405 <br /> Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81601 <br /> Re: Financial Warranty Increase, Mid-Continent Limestone Ouarry, <br /> Permit No. M-82-121 <br /> Dear Mr. Wear: <br /> Per Mid-Continent Resources' correspondence dated October 13, 1989 addressing <br /> the increase in bond from $7,000.00 to $13,213.00 for the above captioned <br /> Minerals Permit and our recent telephone conversation clarifying this issue, <br /> you indicated that Mid-Continent wishes to pledge an additional $6,213.00 <br /> aaainst the Deed of Trust on the Limestone Property ( Recorded December 11 , <br /> 1984) to the Mined Land Reclamation Board to cover the increase in bond <br /> required under Permit No. M-82-121 . (This same Deed of Trust currently <br /> pledges $3,000,000.00 as bond for Coal Permit No. C-81 -017, ) <br /> Mid-Continent will need to have signed and notarized the enclosed Financial <br /> Warranty form provided by this Division. An amendment to Title Insurance <br /> Policy No. M-9942-37904 increasing the Amount of Insurance from $3,000,000.00 <br /> to $3,006, 213.00 will also need to be submitted. Receipt of these documents <br /> will complete the bond requirements for this $6,213.00 additional bond. <br /> I am returning the draft of the financial warranty amendment provided by <br /> Mid-Continent as it is the Division' s preference to utilize the forms already <br /> approved for this purpose. <br /> If you have any questions, please let me know. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> De orah L.
