Grantor, to secure its reclamation bond bearing even date
herewith, for the principal sum of
SIX HUNDRED AND SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY
dollars ($672 , 350) , payable to the order of the State of Colorado,
Mined Land Reclamation Board, the beneficiary herein, whose
address is Room 423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street,
Denver, Colorado, and to secure additional reclamation bonds
hereafter executed by Grantor to said Public Trustee for the use
and benefit of said beneficiary, does hereby grant and convey
unto said Public Trustee the following described property, situate
