As part of the approval of Technical Revision 17, providing <br /> for installation of the water treatment plant, Mid-Continent <br /> agreed to, and the Board approved, a schedule which requires <br /> that the water treatment facility should be completed and <br /> operational within 60 days of the resumption of coal <br /> production at the site. <br /> Work on the plant was suspended when the mine was idled on <br /> January 25, 1991. Tom Johansen, the project engineer, <br /> reports that most of the major components had been received, <br /> and many had been installed.
