History <br /> A total of five Notices of Violation have been written to the operator <br /> in the last 12 months . <br /> 5 X $50.00 = $250.00 <br /> B. Seriousness <br /> The failure to install and/or properly maintain light use road culverts <br /> has apparently not contributed to excssive erosion at the cited <br /> locations . However, the potential for moderate erosion exists . Eroded <br /> sediment would reach local drainage systems . Seriousness is deemed <br /> moderate . <br /> $750.00 <br /> C. Fault <br /> Failure to install planned and approved culverts is considered to <br /> extremely negligent; however, there is no evidence that the oversight was <br /> a blatent and intentional attempt to disregard the law.
