The spillways have been installed, as <br /> required for abatement. Accordingly, as there is no pressing environmental issue to be <br /> resolved by the requested conference, I would suggest the date and time set should be <br /> at the mutual convenience of the Division and Mid-Continent personnel. <br /> The regulations provide, at Sec. 5.04.3(3)(c) that: <br /> (c) The assessment conference shall be held within 30 days from the <br /> request thereof, and should be held at the earliest practicable time. <br /> Mid-Continent waives the right to the conference v&hin 30 ys, although not the right <br /> to the conference, as there are issues we wish to review, <br /> Yours truly, C� <br /> Diane Delaney <br /> Mid-Continent Resources <br />
