Re: Proposed Settlement Agreement for Notice of Violations C-89-033,
C-90-001 , and C-90-002; Coal Basin Mines.
Dear Ms. Delaney:
Enclosed please find the proposed settlement agreements for the above cited
Notice of Violations. Tnese proposals are based on the assessment conference
held in our office March 5, 1990. In attendance at that conference in
addition to you and me were Lew Thompson, representing Mid-Continent
Resources, Inc. and Bill Crick and Mike Savage representing the Division. If
you agree witn the settlement agreements, please sign and return them to our
office as instructed on the form. If you disagree do not sign the forms. The
Division will fix the civil penalty and you may appeal that decision to the
Board as outlined in the regulation, Rule 5.04.04.
