Rock has been placed in the ditch at point it <br /> eroded. (See sketch "A") <br /> 2. Blocked original spillway. (See sketch "B" ) <br /> 3. Directed all the flow down the new channel. The <br /> new channel was chosen because we were unable to <br /> get equipment to clean the fill out of the ditch <br /> due to snow and frozen ground. <br /> After Spring thaw and the ground dries out, we will: <br /> 1. Re-establish the grade in the ditch to the point <br /> where water enters the culvert. <br /> 2. Work the slope between the ditch and top of pad, <br /> topsoil and seed this area to prevent sediment <br /> contribution to the ditch. <br /> 3. Use a loader to haul rock and dirt to fill the new <br /> channel. Topsoil will be spread and the area <br /> V r4 seeded and mulched. <br /> 4. Place dirt and rock in the old channel and a <br /> culvert will be used to carry water to the bottom <br /> of the steep slope. <br /> 5. Place rip-rap at the bottom of the culvert to <br /> reduce velocity. The water will then flow into the <br />
