Dear Mr. Savage:
Mid-Continent waives the 30 day time period specified by rule
5.03.2(7) for an informal hearing. Mid-Continent does not waive
the right to such a hearing, but wishes to schedule the timing of
the hearing to be mutually convenient to the Division and the
operator.
The Notices of Violation which are the subject of the hearing were
issued June 7, 1990. We would like to schedule the hearing on July
17, 1990.
